Effective March 1, 2004 all e-mail correspondence from the Distance Learning Center will be sent to your FREE Troy State University e-mail account. This will preclude any previous problems we have experienced with sending e-mails and the e-mails being rejected. See below information concerning your e-mail account.

1. Print this page for future reference.

2. Click this link to access your e-mail account: https://mail.troyst.edu/

3. The username is the same as your blackboard and/or web express username.

4. The password is your DOB, for example: mmddyyyy – 12021963. (No dashes or slashes).

5. The following link will assist you in adding your @troyst.edu e-mail account to your current e-mail program like Outlook or Outlook Express:

6. There are 2 ways to use/access your @troyst.edu e-mail account:

a) Login by going to the following link: https://mail.troyst.edu/
b) Follow the instructions in number 5 above to add your @troyst.edu account to your existing program, Outlook, Outlook Express, etc.

NOTE: If you add your @troyst.edu account to your current program it does not replace your personal email account and you will receive emails for both or multiple email addresses.
