The Master of Science in Human Resources Management (MSHRM) is a professional program designed to offer Graduates of diversified undergraduate programs an opportunity to obtain a proficiency in human resources management skills. This degree program is a professional master's degree program that requires an understanding of the accepted professional practices in the field of human resources management.
After a new student completes an online Application for Admission, they are prompted to complete the Online Advisement Form (also called the Degree Plan) for their respective program. This form is part of the Admissions process, and is sent to the respective advisor for that program. This will assist the advisor and the distance learning staff in guiding students through their program of study.
