You are about to submit your Graduate Registration Form to the Distance Learning Center at Troy State University for PROCESSING. As you read this on the Distance Learning Website, your Registration WILL NOT be considered OFFICIAL until you have received your Confirmation Letter from the Distance Learning Center's Director of Student Services.

It is important that you carefully read your Confirmation Letter, print it and post it in a convenient location for easy reference. It will contain instructions and important dates to which you will need to refer.

We make every effort to give you the instructor of your choice, but we RESERVE the right to place you with another instructor if the situation warrants.

To register for more than two courses in a term, contact the Director of Student Services, Dr. Barbara Echord, bechord@troyst.edu.

Note: If method of payment is by Credit Card, please complete the Online Credit Card Authorization Form found in the Online Forms section of this website.

You, the student, are responsible for all tuition and fees due in compliance with class attendance policies. If you decide not to take the course, you must follow the Drop/Withdrawal policies as specified in the College Catalog. Failure to do so by the deadline date indicated on the Registration Confirmation Letter or on the Distance Learning online Calendar will result in assignment of grades, and full tuition and fees will be charged.
